With this extraordinary service—absolutely unique to Perfetto!—every client receives a personal cell phone number of our Guest Relationship Team, which can be reached at any time via phone call, text message or What's App. Our dynamic, multilingual team carefully oversees each itinerary to make sure that every detail is perfect. This includes confirming and reconfirming with drivers, guides, restaurants, hotels, and providing support for every inquiry and need throughout (and even before!) their visit. Everything is triple-checked so that nothing is overlooked and our guests can be ensured a seamless, stress-free, and inspiring journey from beginning to end!
